Refund Policy
In order to ensure a smooth refund process, please note the following points:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in cases of shipping damage and manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a product opening video demonstrating the issue.
- Timeframe for Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of package delivery. Any requests made after this timeframe will not be considered for a refund.
- No Refund, Only Replacement: Please note that there is no refund policy in place. Instead, we offer a replacement for eligible cases.
Return Policy (for non-refundable items)
Our standard return policy remains intact, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must possess the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@strokess.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
For faster service, you can initiate an exchange by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
